A good idea is to invest in a 20oz water bottle. Recommendation is at least 8oz. This water bottle gives you  2 servings and four ounces being half way to your third serving! I take this water bottle everywhere. It comes in handy for the gym, at school, or at work. 

Today I decided to spike my water with lemon. I just took a left over lemon from what I used for my salad dressing (thank god the mouth is big enough). Not only am I getting my serving of water in, but I am boosting my metabolism as well!
