THERE IS NO EXCUSE TO NOT EAT/DRINK HEALTHY ON THE GO. 

Skip the lattes, and get an iced green tea (and, no do not get ANY extra sweetener!).Under 5grams for carbs! AND NO SUGAR! Top that with little amount of calories, and you have a perfect on-the-go healthy choice drink! 


Quick Health Tip: SUBWAY

Jared did not get that way for no reason! Subway DOES have healthy choices on the go that is quite delicious. The veg subs are delicious! Ask for extra spinach (NO ICEBURG) then add all your favorite veggies. Then choose a LIGHT dressing such as mustard (mustard has no calories, and has turmeric which is a very powerful spice), or just add extra seasoning and let the banana peppers give the sandwich all the flavor it needs. 

Even though the considered healthy "wheat" bread does have high corn fructose in the bread, and is not even all that wheat at all. Just get half a sub. I promise you all the veggies will fill you right up. If not, grab a packet of their apple chips! They melt right in your mouth with only 35 calories for the bag and 7grams of sugar. Can't beat that.
